Question Profit Share

I was expecting 3 weeks salary +6000HKD. Is that right? What I have in my payslip equates to 53% of my Dec 2010 salary. Is that right?

Do you have any kind of leave other than Annual Leave and the SLS?
If you have any kind of leave that is more than 7 days other than the above-mentioned two, then your profit share would be pro-rated. Even if that's Sick Leave and Maternity Leave

Cathaymatics

If they can give me a 1% payrise & tell the world that it's 15%, then surely you should be appreciative of getting 53%

..And we'll all be giving it right back at the end of the year when the next SLS comes. Fuel is up, EU fine to pay, Japan disaster, etc. CX is already spinning it.

I'm pretty sure you know what I mean.

BTW, I did go without that pay for half the year so I DID give it up without knowing that I would get it back.

I know where we were screwed!!

For me I lost $30K of the profit share because I was sick being treated then recovering from an illness caught while doing my job. That money was not then shared amongst the other employees I assume and nor was the money saved by all those taking unpaid leave. Where did all that money go? Remember it is a formula based on weeks and not just dividing up the pot as it were. Please AOA run with this ball because something really isn't right. I haven't seen my money paid to the Sunnyside Club either.
