Parker Re-Training Examiniation
I'll be conducting spot line checks on people to see if they meet my own personal line check criteria. You'll be required to sit there and pretend to be learning while I nit pick your operation to bits.
After I have ridiculed, harassed & berated you as well as insulted your previous experience, you'll enjoy the pleasure of my debriefing dribble. I'll use catch phrases like "Big Picture" or "Outside The Box" ... "Awareness".
I'll usually do a sector and miss half a dozen things like a dithering geriatric ... but you'll be required to scratch my ego and tell me how good my sector was and that the landing was brilliant.
