New long haul service products on the way!

In response to criticism of its long haul Economy Class, (and in addition, the well known concerns about the J Class product, not mentioned in the attached article), CX is to launch a new long haul product from December, over a two year period. The existing Y Class will be moved to the short haul A330 and 777 fleets.

CX will also introduce a new Premium Economy class product.

Will they get it right this time?

I say, no way. Whoever is in charge of cabin fit out is either a freak of nature and finds the last few cabin seat version ok, or has received massive kick backs (perhaps both).
