This is what happens when you don't do your job, so you need to look at facts without letting airline's commercial needs interfere.

Taken from the Kenya Airways B737-800 crash report. Very interesting read.

"A waiver for requirement for utilisation of Flight Operations System had been introduced to satisfy operational demand," the report shows.

"These waivers were granted without adequate study on its safety implication."
That is what happens when you "waive" laws put in place to protect the flying public from corporate greed. Do your job and stop worrying about corporations that only care about making their profits larger.
