How many Capt's causing Bypass Pay

How many F/O's will get bypass pay if a majority of Captains sign over to COS08. Anyone have any numbers?

Cat D the top 100 FO's - no one gets bypass pay.

A friend of mine who joined Dec 99 will start to get BPP this month. People junior to him have already got their pax commands so basically you will only receive BPP if you are on a base and are not willing to come back to HKG for a command and thus continue waiting, or you are Cat B. Those F/Os who are HK based, take their commands and pass first time round are not currently seeing any BPP.
