quadspeed, if you think that this is a member vs no member issue, you are very wrong. We are in this all together.

yes fair enough maybe I'm being perdantic.
This has already been in our contracts for 10 years so it's not new to COS 08 as the Email implies.
The wording in COS 08 ( and COS 99 ) says they can terminate on 3 months notice................ Where does it say they don't have to give a reason in that paragraph specifically?
It doesn't, so a good lawyer could argue they must give a reason. I'm sure the HK Labour Dept would agree.
maybe this is why I fly planes and not fight companies in court!!
