Another Question
Am I reading this wrong?
An "A' Scaler signs over to COS08 and keeps his salary until Age 55 (Or 2013,whichever comes first)
But a "B" Scaler signs over to COS08 and changes to the lower salary in July, 2009.
Have I read this wrong?
If this is correct, then why the discrepancy? Maybe because the flight crew helping make the package are "A" Scalers?
Why a B Scaler would have to take a pay cut is beyond my comprehension.
