Actually getting leave

Haven't been around CX that long and I have a question about this. From the GMA's letter it seems to me that my pay will be cut immediately and they will do their "best" to see that I get the leave by April of 2010, if operationally feasible. Do I actually have any chance of getting the time off?

In any case no chance of me signing over to COs 08. The company obivously wants everyone on Cos 08 hence the attempt to bribe us by saying no SLS required if you sign. If the company wants me on Cos 08, it is guaranteed that I don't want to be on it!

There's not enough leave slots to cover contractual annual vacation. SLS isn't about leave, it's a paycut. They're using the opportunity to reduce CoS. Say No.
