Question yearly increments on bypass pay?

Keen to find out from someone who has been on bypass pay for over a year whether the yearly increments apply? ie an F/O receiving bypass pay for over a year moves to year 2 captain pay? Same with S/O's?

Thanks

Better that then the CoS08 BS. You will lose, as an SO now, over $1 million by signing to CoS 08. I have run the numbers.
