Interesting to note that while some may believe our DFO, Niches Dork, the great poet criminal, is behind the latest initiative to groom the great tunnel of the troops, the real culprit is our esteemed CP 744, Ram Hokey, who has been re-arranging the rubber bandit on behalf of our CEO, Let Yon Try.
Indeed, in the last round of fleet forums, the great Ram has bleated many times about the immoral stance of the S.Os demanding BBP and the immediate need for a one ‘contract rules all.’

I would suggest that MH is an example of a manager who actually does care about ethics and fairness. He can't make his own policy, but I have no doubt he lets the other more senior managers know exactly how he feels. The 744 fleet could do a LOT worse.
