S.O recognition, at last.
For those complaining about seniority and upgrades, spare a thought for those who are still flying around in piston engine aircraft for a measley 30k a year!
For those guys flying pistons their time will come, just like ours did, but when our time has come for an upgrade or BPP and its taken away for bull$hit reasons then its worth complaining about.
How's that for a reality check

flyhardmo, Thunderbird4 and Harbour Dweller, I can understand what you are saying. Not being part of the airline in question does leave gaps in one's grasp of all the facts, so any offence was not intended.
There seems to be a large amount of negative comments on these forums about cx, is it that staff don't enjoy working for the company or just certain decesions are made by muppets; ie illogical and for some strange purpose which is known only to the inner circle!!??!!

The half-way point is a few miles ahead. Our fuel status is good. Engines are good. Electrical is good. Oxygen is good. Life is good.

Things will be better again and surely all the SO's will be promoted in due course as they should be. Sometimes, there are just a few obstacles to overcome.
That is life.
