I don't understand much Chinese but I think she is saying "a contract is a contract, stick to the contract". She says it over and over again hoping to change reality.

If it actually was a CX flight, I hope they've banned her for life from our airline. I don't want the ground staff or cabin crew copping that type of abuse in connection with any flight where I'm the captain.
