Hotels in HKG
Hi,
Coming to HKG on 12 March with family and looking for a place to stay with four of us in one room. The kids are 13 and 16, and I am having a hard time finding quad accom in HKG.
Anyone have an idea...or at least where I can get two rooms at reasonable rates. Are there any serviced apartments that will let for 4 days/ Looking for the Tsim Sha Tsui area.
I usually stay at the Langham...but no breaks there that time of year.
Thanks...

not sure what part of Hong Kong it was but it was about 20 mins from airport. I stayed in a hotel called 'Park Lane Hotel' and it was fabulous. Nice big rooms. But im not sure on family of 4 but no doubt it will not be a problem.

Wotif.com: Hotels, Accommodation, Motels, Serviced Apartments, B&B - Online hotel bookings with instant confirmation have a good HKG selection including serviced apartments...and you can cancel as well if it all goes wrong.
I've heard that Citadines Apartments in Ashley Road (TST) are ok however I haven't personally stayed there. Convenient location but a noisy street with some construction.

Headland, close to the airport
The Headland name says a lot, the Headland Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the world, the Lantau hotel did not disappoint, i have stayed here several times and have had great service every time. The bathrooms are very large the beds are extremely comfortable, the standard rooms are a good size and the suites are very spacious. The food in the hotel is also very good, the vietnamese noodle bowl in the Gay Bar is one of my favorites and the bar here is one of the best on Lantau to just relax and have a drink.

Discovery Bay magazine (Inside DB) advertises a number of serviced flats that sleep 4. Send a PM to me and I will send some phone no's. Easily accessible to CX city and airport as well.
Looking for the Tsim Sha Tsui area.
Discovery Bay is on Lantau.
I think there's a YMCA in TST which may have attractive prices.
Yup, just looked: Family suite HK$1650
Could also check The Mariners Club - Family suite HK$1375

Try this:
Bp International Hotel - Hong Kong - Lonely Planet Hotels & Hostels
This is the 3 star hotel run by the Scout Association in Kowloon. It does have rooms with bunks, ideal if you have kids..no idea as to price and availability though. Enjoy your stay in HK.
