High oil price, low oil price, financial tsunami....
Let's offer unpaid leave and solve the matter of overmanning, saving heaps to pay bonuses for management.
Why is it then that when we are overmanned I got zero of my four roster requests for January? Must be because everyone else also submitted the exact same requests...
Not only didn't I get any requests, this must be my worst roster ever. Will be working my butt off.

You'll virtually never get anything through the request system.... the Jokers are the only sure thing... but they've even been known to take those away once awarded as well... sorry my friend, they own you now.
