ID90 Infant question
Okay - so bought full fare tickets for the family to go home on leave. Except for the infant which the full fare quoted for NO seat was $41XX-00.
Since she will be on her mothers lap for the flight, I am planning to just use an ID90 ticket for HK$200 for the infant.
Is there any rule that would prohibit this, I dont want to check in and get told "cannot".
Thanks ---

AF,
Follow the following links through on Intranet Travel Desk -
Leisure Travel Policy / Eligibility / Married Employees / Children / UM travel
last line states that
Children from Birth – under 12 years of age may NOT travel alone on FOC, ZONED and ID50 tickets. This applies even though the parent / guardian is an operating crew of the flight.
Ring Benefits Center for their definition of this to be sure.
