We've now got a blog hosted by Corporate Risk Management.
One of the first articles posted on it is, from a FIN dept blunt, about Alcohol in the Cockpit and the American Airlines FO taken off a flight in LHR a few days ago.

American Airlines?????? Try UNITED AIRLINES
and the consensus is that he (first officer) never made it anywhere near the flight deck or the aircraft due to the intervention of the aircraft commander
