Jurisdiction Case re-age 65

I think the judgement is imminent. Does anyone know what it was?

Judge ruled against pilots and for CX. Not a UK Company and not flying UK reg A/C. Shame.

"Shame?" Really? You mean that now CX has to actually negotiate RA65 so that it can't screw 1500 junior pilots, that's a "shame"?

This judgement strengthens our contract - the outport pressure on 65 has reduced, for the moment. So gee, all 2500 of us will actually have to carry out the contract we joined on.

Oh well, a few more years in Check and Training past 55 will allow you to 'give back to aviation and cathay' so be happy about that!
