Sorry to sound trite, but after more than 10 years of getting every single bit of leave I want - LEARN THE SYSTEM! I am sick of listening to all these people complaining about the leave system, none of whom have actually read the manual.

8 Canadian Clubs later - I'm off.

Hi Jed, not to swim against tides, it is all about planning a well deserved vacation with family and friends after a years worth of work. We deserve that!
Are we short of crew? no doubt! can they fix it? no doubt! and is not just about money...
All the best,
fdx

I understand that many Classic crews have had leave allocated at short notice over the next couple of months. However, there are plenty of spaces for right to left conversions. Missed opportunities?

please repeat all after.....

Jed:

I have been at the leave system for 10 years myself (oh and once upon a time read the instructions). However having transfered fleets the results I used to get , I am now unable to.

So my point is , the system works for some ranks, fleets etc. well enough and for others ....no so good.

The other thing is, best not to flame those who have trouble getting what they want, because if they were all aces at it like you then guess what.....you would have a harder time getting what you want.

Peace out

FG

What's all the fuss about, if you want leave just take it. CX do it, so when are the pilots going figure it out and take what they want.
