What is the payscale and benifits for LAX USAB Cathay Pacific basing compared with Hong kong based pilots? facts and figures?
Also, can someone explain what the currency compensation is for the provident fund, is there a ceiling?

Sorry guys looking back I think it was wrong of me to post those pay scales in public forum. I just wanted to help the guy out. Guys just go to the interview and if selected they will send you the pay scales. Good luck all.

Huh? I think you'll find it is, if you got 48000 euro instead of pounds you'd be struggling!
Interesting though, I'm in the middle of the interview stages and an email I received said I'd be on £45k. When did this change, or what's going on?

Hi all, just joined pprune, for selfish reasons really. I have interviews with Cathay and Korean, Cathay being the one day interview in London. I have been flying 737 now for 2 years but prior to that was out of aviation for 15 years due to a car accident. ATPL subjects long forgotten and I am worried about any written exams I may face. Can anyone point me in the right direction to study, what to look at and what not to look at? Any help would be great. Thanks for taking the time to help. Stuart
