777 SO Routes

777 SO Routes
Tried search without success. What are the normal routes an SO on the 777 will do? I assume they are changing often now. Do you only fly the 300ER? Thanks in advance.
Currently:
Hong Kong - Bahrain-Riyadh-Hong Kong
Hong Kong - New York - Hong Kong
Hong Kong - Toronto - Hong Kong
Later this year:
Hong Kong - Los Angeles - Hong Kong
Hong Kong - Vancouver - Hong Kong
I dare say there will be more routes to follow as the fleet expands.

All are on the 777-300ER except the Bahrain/Riyadh trip which is on the 777-200. Occassionally the 777-300 (Not ER) does the Karachi flight where an SO may be carried.
