CX profit share

So were gonna announce a big profit this week, whats the rumours on the staff profit share.

Last year was 6K plus 6 days. any advances. With the CX party at wanchai comming up, do you really think we will stretch to two weeks 2 days and 2 mins bonus.

Reading the weekly blackmail, makes you wonder if we will even get anything

GUess with this record profit, we will get nothing, seeing that our profit share seems to be indirectly proportional to profit.

wahahahahaha

some guys said 2 months(impossible to me), some said 6 weeks(too genours for CX), some said 2 weeks +6k(sound reasonable), some said 6 days(that's maybe the reality).... so much for a hugh company like CX.

The Management said 4.5 days. He's gone very quiet as 'they' shoot themselves in the chest. Let's see if he really is 'up there'. Personally I think he's just a stirrer from the lower ranks of CX (ie Management!).

2 months plus 6K HKD...IMO!

CX really needs us onside and a few bucks now is a small price to pay.

profit share

"I cut open a chicken and the entrails told me 16 days and $6,000"......

Unless you are a Director that will get 110% of his salary....

(take your pick)

Profit share bonus

I am honestly lost for words...........I don't ever remember getting anything over and above in this company.

All I can say is .......Thank you.

It's a relatively small token gesture but I certainly appreciate it.

not bad at all. I'm surprised. Positively, for once.

@ Numero Crunchero:
next year take a whole chicken for the entrail readings, not the frozen halves from the supermarket

Thumbs up

Hey Freightdog188, Numero Crunchero was pretty much spot on. 16.5 days plus + $6000 (or half month whichever is less). But what the entrails didn't tell him was the CEO being more generous than what the formula entitles. Very impressive.

Is the one month pay based on March 08 or Dec 07? Dec saves them 3%. Either way I am happy with the announcement. Now we just have to get a bigger payrise out of them (without giving up anything of course).
