Wheels Are Falling Off

Slowly the wheels are falling off the cart...in the last few days there were a few regional flights that had to be manned by 2 captains (no FO's available). Not only are they wasting training captains when they can barely afford them, but now the costs are increasing too.

We must keep on telling the guys not to fly on G days...slowly the penny is dropping and soon enough the cart will come to a stop.

Hang in guys...no official CC is needed. The cannot defend against a threat that does not exist right

No FO's you say?

Not enough SO's to go around either so FO's are being used to do SO duties.

When desperately searching for G day workers, CC hates nothing more than the empty tones of a voicemail message.

Keep up the good work guys & gals. The pressure is on

Well, that's EXACTLY what G-days are meant for..

Recover from your ULH flight, take the family out, relax, have a barbie with mates..fly out of polluted Hongkers to somewhere bright and sunny!!!
Whatever floats your boat..

Your next duty will be the one AS PUBLISHED on your roster, that's why we are working for an airline..and not a charter outfit (although it's beginning more and more to look like one!!)

To all the G-day heroes: If you're doing it for the money, you're in the wrong profession..if you're doing it to help out this great company, you've never been shafted, but DO hang in there...they will get you sooner or later!!

What a nice full time job while waiting to get hired as a pilot. Call other pilots and leave messages on their answering machine.
