CX Revenue
So we "enjoyed a good week on the revenue front" but why is it the good news is always "tempered by the continued rise in fuel prices". Honestly, in our business these days why should it matter? The higher the fuel prices the higher the fuel surcharge.
Now I'm not the calculator that NC is but I see the fuel surcharge as being more than enough to compensate us for high fuel prices.
Anyone have any numbers to dispute this claim?

It's been like that since day one, first the good news and then the but bit.
I don't think they can ever just say well done it's been a great week, month year. I gave up reading it ages ago, it's just the same sh!t different day.
