ATPL Licences

Would appreciate any advice about obtaining HK, NZ, FAA or Aussie ATPL?

I hear the Aussie one is fairly straight forward with the HK one being at the other end of the scale...ie no notes or sample papers.

you can only get a HK ATPL is u are going to work for a company in HK. Your best bet is to the Ozzie one as its well recognised, u can then get your kiwi one based on your Ozzie one(trans tasman agreement). If you plan on flying around the world , the FAA ATP is handy one to have, and only takes a few days to study for the exam, and a flight test in a light twin.Hope that helps.
Cheers FM

Thanks for the information. Once I have a HK CPL which will be converted from an overseas CPL do I have to do a flight test in HK to get the ATPL? With the HK exams there is nothing on the HKCAD website regarding notes and sample papers.
