SO upgrade time

Hi,
can someone tell me how long upgrade time from SO to JFO is at the moment? No offence intended, but not seeking "I know of a guy who's neighbour's drinking buddy upgraded after X.X years". Can someone with direct experience, or who directly knows someone who has/is upgrading now shed some light on current times to the window seat?

I know that guy....Its true...It'll be 2.5 years soon enough, but who's asking? Six months here or there...I've had hangover's longer than six months....
