TAX tips

Hi is there any tips one can give? I am fairly new to HK, I dont have any property, shares, not married etc for the 06/07 year, so im guessing it will be a fairly basic return, but is there anything I should be aware of? claiming medical expenses. If you can make me aware of anything that I'm entitled to that isnt obvious.
Cheers

If you are getting Housing Allowance then make sure you declare that correctly ( http://www.ird.gov.hk/eng/pdf/pam44e.pdf ), but fundamentally HK tax is very straightforward for an employed person. There aren't any great number of deductions to worry about, the guidance notes are pretty clear, and the IRD is very reasonable about borderline issues in my experience.
