Pros and cons of each fleet?Which one to join and why?
Which one is better all around and why.(please no slagging with regards to whatever,honest opinions from both camps will be greatly appreciated)

A320: less overnights, more overtime
A330: more overnights, less overtime, but actually away from home more.
Both: same management

ps you get told which fleet, you don't have a choice as such!
