High Failure Rate
Four out of six failed in the latest Tower course in HK, what are the problems there? Who should be responsible for that? The students?

hope they'll make it the next time, provided that they are given a second chance (seems like no one can take it for granted from now on). there are rumours that every course in the past was given an unofficial nickname afterwards, I wonder what this one is called, it gotta be something special (4 out of 6 has to be a HKCAD record!)

Good work
ClearedIGS did a fine job, he has tried his best in coaching all these years. With better preparation the students are, I don't see any reason they could fail again. Some of these students have good learning attitude and they should be able to make it next time. Surely it is that the "next next time" is a ludicrous one.
Well done, Mr. BallPen+xx+xx!

Who hired them?
Who chose the instructors?

Clearance Limit
The Training Unit only trains someone to reach an acceptable standard, in this case, trainable standard. The rest will depend on their perseverance and I must say, a bit of luck.
Again, every unit has their own clearance limit.

A Good Instructor...
1)... is an individual who cares
2) ... is a giver
3) ... must know how to present information to a diverse group of students
4) ... willingly adapts to the ever-changing needs of his clients
5) ... maintains a high level of awareness to those who have special needs
6)...must have been a good student himself
7)... must make the effort to become a kind, considerate and compassionate human being
Only if the instructors in the future possess the above qualities, then we might able to increase the passing rate.
Just day-dreaming!
