Current S/Os to upgrade at KA??

What do you guys think? (as in, will it happen?)

Yes it is conceivable and probable that they may fly in the RHS of KA aircraft.
Afterall that is what current KA second officers enjoy.
BUT.............why would CX upgrade them to FO's when they can do the same job as an SO and get paid less for the privelege??
I don't agree with it but seeing the day to day runnings of KA management (I assume CX is worse on a larger scale) then watch this space.....I reckon that is what they will try. They will keep them as SO's until they reach the CX requirements for upgrade

This was contemplated even before the merger and I guess it is only a matter of time before some movement of pilots between companies and in both directions happens.
