Three sides
Runour has it that there are several more with interviews. Some may goif offered some may stay. I am sure we will loose a couple or three more in the next year. Some are also waiting to try the command route and if they get cut then they pull the pin here.
Three sides to every story though !!!

Buzz is that UPS will hire as many as 600 pilots in 2007, and that they have been interviewing individuals with ZERO recommendations as long as they have international heavy time, especially on the 400, 777 or MD-11. New hires like that have to come from somewhere (Gemini, Atlas, Polar, World, Cathay, Delta, UAL, NWA, US Air Force to name a few).
From the following link http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/cargo/ups.html it looks like current crew domiciles are SDF (Louisville, Kentucky), MIA (Miami, Florida), ONT (Ontario, California) and ANC (Anchorage, Alaska).

UPS is head and shoulder ABOVE Cathay Pacific.
We are talking about every category, not just money.
Last I checked, no one at UPS had to go through a pre-command assessment interview/line check/RTPC/personal file review to get a captain slot.
