CoS '07
I haven't seen any new posts regarding CoS 07 since it was voted down. Does this mean that the matter is closed or is management working on some revisions with the intention of putting it up for a new vote at some point in the future?

Well they are recruiting DEFOs but on COS99 conditions. SO that is a good sign. The fact that nearly 90% voted against it will probably stop from appearing again for a while...but then who knows!
