Low Cost Airlines.

Hi Guys.

My brother in law will be staying in Hong Kong this Jan. 07.
He's looking to visit Singapore and Penang whilst he's there.
Are there any low Cost Airlines that fly that route ?
Could you recomend any airlines ?

but they only fly HKG-LGW!

Try Jetstar Asia. They won the skytrax best LCC in the world award. Very well deserved too
