747-400 DEFO Training Docs?

I am starting training in November. I will be DEFO LAX based. Can anybody send me a system's gauge, or maybe some notes on radio communications?
Anything would help at this point in time. A few pages would be enough to keep me busy for a while.

Argh it's good to see that after 20+ years since I last saw it, the good old 'Campaign Against Aviation' can still manage to put out CAP413 at a 198 pages about R/T!! Smashing show chaps!
