First Officer-Rapid Command

Hi,
Has anybody joined CX this way?
I am a B737 Captain with over 10 000 hours total time, based in MXP.
Any help appreciated.

I think he is referring to the pass/failure rate. I am not aware of any who have joined as FO Rapid Command but could be wrong.

I think what he's trying to say is that if you join on the FO to rapid command basis, you need only concern yourself with the FO salary scales..?
