CX Training Dept

I was just wondering if CX promotes regular line pilots to the training and checking department. Or if one had to get hired through a diffrent interview process.

Hey Guys

Hey Five Green,

I am just courious on career progression with-in CX. Training Dept. guys/gals usually tend to get paid a little better.

From reading previous post on training & checking is seems as though it is a (line pilot vs training/checking dept) atmosphere.

From observing the great amount written about the (checking and training dept) it would almost seem the Instructors would have to come from a diffrent pilot group.
