Observing change
Hi fellas ( and ladies)
I've been reading these forums for a year now and I'd like to share an observation.
From aug05 until april06 I have only read ONE negative post about CX.(not counting 49rs)
I took a hiatus from pprune for a while and came back to a lot of discontent.
A lot of this discontent comes from North American "profiles."
Could there be a co-relation between CX hiring expansion in the us and the frustration by most when they find out just what it takes to study?
This is NOT an North American carrier and that is exactly why some people are really interested in CX.
Change is not always bad and there are no guarantees in life.
Go ahead, fire away.......at least im not in Dubai
