Cathay SO pay in HKG

Before someone tells me to do a search, STOP! ! ! I did that.

I'm number crunching and attempting to determine what a typical "total compensation package" would be for a Cathay pilot who starts his career at SO pay and stays in HKG/VHHH.

While I've been able to find pay generalities, accurate numbers are somewhat harder to come by.

I've added salary, education, housing and "13 month pay" and these are the numbers I've come up with. The only thing I've left out is per diem. Do they make sense?

year 1 SO 728,000 HKG $93,600 USD
year 2 SO 780,000 HKG $103,000 USD

I'm looking for, but can't find, a theoretical total compensation for a SO that becomes and F/O (maybe this would happen at year 5 seniority) and also what a captain would receive when they first upgrade.

Any help would be much appreciated.

On a groggy first guess that looks about right. To figure out your salary as FO and captain just return to year 1 on the scale. THere is a scale floating around here somewhere on pprune. The housing goes up after 2 years, and depending on what you do with it, after you upgrade to FO. good luck
