Hong Kong tax allowances?

Anyone got any advice on which deductions can be successfully claimed against tax in Hong Kong? I had heard that some people had successfully claimed a portion of their rent and electricity as being an expense due to standby requirements. What proportion would be appropriate?
Also computer replacements required for EFCOM crew notices on standby call out etc?
Any suggestions you could share with us?
Regards
