Airline hopping helps promotion?
Just trying to get a general idea on the general starting age and career paths for HK airlines... and does Airline hopping helps with promotions and payrise like most other professions?

Nope Seniority put a stop to that.
Apparently Lawyers used to have a seniority system which ham strung them the way it does us. So now with no seniority they just follow the $$$ and if A starts paying more than B then B has to up the pay to stop people leaving to A which guess what means A has to up the $$$$ even more and so on......
And bingo Lawyers get paid S**t loads or move to where they will.
