Management interview and Flight Grading
Dear Everyone,Thank you for everyone of this web which provide precious information for my cadet pilot interview. I have just passed the second interview and they told me that i will have the management interview and flight grading soon....
I have surf many website and sure including this one, but i do not too much information for the final interview and flight grading. As i know, the final interview indeed is quite similar to the panel interview of the second interview, but with a captain and management staff as interviewer. But for the flight grading, i really can't find any information with it. Could anyone here could kindly provide some information, procedure or the tasks involves in the flight grading stage and management interview.
I will continue keep up my efforts for these interviews, but your help will be very valuable to me. Thank you.
