Gold Coast Marina Debenture

Hello All
Can anyone tell me how much a debenture for the Gold Coast Marina costs? And what the mooring fees are for a 55ft and 65ft boat. Interetsed in a live-a-board there. Thanks

I got mine for a steal........ only 200 bucks.

The fees are the same for all size boats because the births are all the same size. You're not allowed to live aboard though because they don't want to lower the neighbourhood.

Sorry!!! Thought you may be having a geography problem! I hadn't heard of the Gold Coast in HKG.

I believe it's around 4500-5000HKD a month - cheaper than Discovery Bay. I think Lord Snot may be referring to the Australian Gold Coast? Not sure what the up front debenture is.

Heard from a friend who just asked another and they paid about 80K for the debenture and then spend about 10-12K per month to cover all costs associated with their 55' boat.

I live in the HK Gold Coast Marina. A 65ft berth fee is HKD $6955 per month, I think a 55ft berth fee is approx HKD $ 5500. A debenture can be obtained for around 85K, but they are increasing and hard to come by now I believe. There is also a subscription fee of $1050 per month and $180 per month for each other family member, in addition there is an $80 electic admin fee plus your electric usage
