Hello all,
I am new to flying in the China region. Where would I find online references to flight rules for the various countries in the region? i.e. speed limits, etc. Basically an online Aeronautical info manual for other than the us...

Thanks, It seems that the info that I am looking for is located in the ICAO Annexes. And even then it seems that some countries may or may not comply with all of the specific annexes. Does anyone know where there is a copy of the ICAO Annex on line?
