Serviced vs. Furnished
Hey guys,
Whats the difference between a serviced apartment and a fully furnished apartment or are they the same thing??
Are non furnished apartments in Tung Chung commonly available? Are they nice? Also, how much would a typical 2 bedroom run in Tung Chung?
Thanks,
D

generally,
serviced = with furniture & maid services (just for cleaning up)
fully furnished = with furniture & basic kitchen utensils
for a tung chung 2 bedrooms (remember a bedroom can be in the size of 60 ~ 80 sq ft) apartment, HK$ 6,500 - 8,000 (unfurnished / furnished).
the (only?) good side for tung chung is convenience.

Hey Tung Chung is wonderful .... if you enjoy the finest air/water pollution that HKG has to offer! So far it is the only station to record over 200 on more than one occation!
