Computers and Phone in HK
I'm currently waiting on a DESO start date and would like to find out what the best deals are for mobile phones and internet providers in HK.
I have had a quick look at mobile phones and 3 does not look too bad. Roaming charges seem high, are there ways to reduce this?
I have also noticed a lot of netvigator email addresses for the internet. Am I correct in my assumption that 3 and netvigator are the way to go.
If anyone has any information that can help please reply.
