KA & turbulence

A Hong Kong-bound Dragonair flight ran into severe turbulence that injured 12 cabin crew - two of them seriously - partly because the pilot and co-pilot did not know how to use the cockpit weather radar properly, accident investigators have concluded. --- SCMP

check safety and crm thread- if they can't allocate resources to train pilots on the use of wx radar- and similar incidents have happened, with other operators- and they have not learned from other operators a320 incidents- saftey department must be managed by suitably qualified managers....hahaha

Some of the trainers and managers have done worse stuff than this but as usual it gets hushed up. I may be wrong but i believe the turbulence in this case was in clear air anyway.
