Cathay and Sleeping in the cockpit

Just reading on the Safety CRM & QA page about sleep in the cockpit. See link

Sleeping in the Cockpit

I can see the good and bad points about this but was wondering if Cathay has a similar policy/SOP. No formal SOPS but a general concenus about "Naps"in the cockpit?

Any thoughts on the idea?

Clear guidance in Vol 2 pt 2.

Never EVERwake the Captain when he/she is smiling in their sleep.

I have woken up on several occasions and found the FO asleep! Damn poor show. Not enough discipline these days!
