Statutory Holidays

I see (yet) another court ruling went against CX on Friday. Does anyone know if the judgement has any implication for cockpit crew? My understanding is that the company argued that total annual days off (and holiday premium pay for shift staff) exceeded
legal minimum requirements and included the 12 days 'in lieu' of working statutory holidays. The judge ruled that unless you specifically said days xyz were for working holiday xyz, then this was not acceptable.

Maybe not relevant to cockpit crew as all this under COS?

Just curious.
