I heard that as of yesterday, Peter Sutch is no longer Chairman of the Board at Cathay Pacific.

Could anyone confirm this? Shed any light on the circumstances? (ie sacked, resigned, if so, why?!)

Any which way you cut it, interesting food for thought.
