Any clues as to when you might actually be employed? Latest I've heard (yesterday) is that any successful candidates will be put into a holding pool for when the market picks up and CX need more pilots again. No telling whether that may be weeks, months or years.........

Have heard from friends who have just come back from successful 2nd interviews that they are making a list of candidates and then when they do start taking again they'll just start working there way down the list. They were told to forget about anything happening until at least the middle of next year.

Does anyone know anything about plans for 1st Officer(cargo) recruitment? Is there also a holding pool for the lucky guys who get through?

Seems a long time to wait - anyone have fond memories of the old BA holding pool?

Just wondering, so if you lads are in the holding pool, what do you guys do for the time being ?

Work Part-Time / SLACK ?

Just wondering...

Thanks,
Herman

A friendly reminder folks, there is still a recruitment ban inmposed by IFALPA. There are AN captains who have no hope of interviews in most companies around the world because of their '89 actions. Wait until it's lifted before you start.
