Could anyone tell me what Dragonair set their engines to ? Is it EPR or N1 ?

Thanks

They use IAE engines on the A320/321 and RR Trent on the 330, so we are talking EPR.

Thanks Flap 5. From what I know about the IAe V2500 they have shroudless high chord fan blades that are hollow, therefore increasing the overall strength of the blade. Do you know of any more advantages they might have ?

Thanks in advance The Cav

Cavallier,

You will find that they use a Radar head that doesnt work that well, therefore you will get a RIS which is limited due to poor radar performance, possible chance of late warning of traffic .

So, prepare to Squawk.
